Air Fryer Peanut Butter Lava Cookies (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup creamy peanut butter.
02 - ¼ cup powdered sugar.
03 - ½ tsp vanilla extract (for peanut butter mix).
04 - ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips.
05 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour.
06 - ½ cup granulated sugar.
07 - ½ cup packed brown sugar.
08 - ½ tsp baking soda.
09 - ¼ tsp salt.
10 - ½ cup unsalted butter (softened).
11 - 1 large egg.
12 - 1 tsp vanilla extract (for cookie dough).

Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and ½ tsp vanilla extract until smooth. Shape into small balls (about 1 tsp each) and place on parchment paper. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
02 - Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth. Set aside to cool.
03 - In a medium bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. In a separate large bowl, beat together softened butter, egg, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until creamy.
04 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
05 - Flatten a tablespoon of dough into a disc and place a frozen peanut butter ball in the center. Wrap the dough around the peanut butter, ensuring it's fully enclosed.
06 - Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Arrange the dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, until the cookies are golden and set.
07 - Let the cookies cool slightly before serving, allowing the molten peanut butter center to remain warm and gooey.

Notes:

01 - These soft and indulgent Air Fryer Peanut Butter Lava Cookies feature a flowing peanut butter center, making them a quick and easy dessert to whip up in your air fryer.
