Cranberry Coleslaw (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups shredded green cabbage.
02 - 1 large apple, thinly sliced.
03 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries.
04 - 1/4 cup shredded carrots.
05 - 1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional).
06 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
07 - 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
08 - 1 tbsp honey.
09 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard.
10 - 1/4 tsp salt.
11 - 1/4 tsp black pepper.

Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, apple slices, dried cranberries, shredded carrots, and sliced almonds (if using).
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
03 - Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix and toss until evenly coated.
04 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
05 - Serve cold as a side dish or light meal.
