Apple Pie Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced (3½ cups).
02 - 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed.
03 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch.
05 - 22-24 egg roll wrappers.
06 - 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature.
07 - Cooking oil or spray.
08 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping).
09 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping).
10 - 1/2 cup caramel topping for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F and line baking sheet.
02 - Mix apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch.
03 - Spread 2 teaspoons cream cheese on each wrapper. Add 2 tablespoons apple mixture to each. Wet wrapper edges with water.
04 - Fold bottom corner over filling. Fold in side corners. Roll up completely and seal edges.
05 - Place on baking sheet. Brush or spray with oil.
06 - Bake 15-17 minutes, flipping halfway.
07 - Mix cinnamon and sugar.
08 - Roll hot egg rolls in cinnamon sugar.
09 - Serve with warm caramel sauce.
