Apple Salad (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 large Honeycrisp apples, cubed.
02 - 1 lemon, juiced.
03 - ⅓ cup mayonnaise.
04 - 1½ tbsp brown sugar.
05 - 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced.
06 - 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved.
07 - ½ cup chopped pecans.
08 - ½ cup dried cranberries.

Instructions:

01 - Drizzle cubed apples with fresh lemon juice to prevent browning.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
03 - In a large bowl, combine apples, celery, grapes, pecans, and cranberries. Toss gently to combine.
04 - Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until evenly coated.
05 - Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
