Banana Split Pizza (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 (16 oz) roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough.

8 oz cream cheese, softened.

⅓ cup sugar.

½ tsp vanilla extract.

1 large banana, sliced.

8 fresh strawberries, sliced.

2 thin pineapple rings, sliced into sixths.

1 tbsp chopped nuts (optional).

2 oz bittersweet chocolate.

2 tbsp heavy cream.
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-14 inch pizza pan.

Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the pan to form the crust. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown. Cool completely.

Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth. Spread over the cooled cookie crust.

Arrange banana slices, strawberries, and pineapple slices over the cream cheese layer. Add chopped nuts if desired.

To make the ganache, heat heavy cream until it begins to boil, then remove from heat. Stir in the chocolate until melted and smooth.

Drizzle the ganache over the fruit pizza, slice, and serve.
