Banana Split Pizza (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 (16 oz) roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough.
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
03 - ⅓ cup sugar.
04 - ½ tsp vanilla extract.
05 - 1 large banana, sliced.
06 - 8 fresh strawberries, sliced.
07 - 2 thin pineapple rings, sliced into sixths.
08 - 1 tbsp chopped nuts (optional).
09 - 2 oz bittersweet chocolate.
10 - 2 tbsp heavy cream.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-14 inch pizza pan.
02 - Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the pan to form the crust. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown. Cool completely.
03 - Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth. Spread over the cooled cookie crust.
04 - Arrange banana slices, strawberries, and pineapple slices over the cream cheese layer. Add chopped nuts if desired.
05 - To make the ganache, heat heavy cream until it begins to boil, then remove from heat. Stir in the chocolate until melted and smooth.
06 - Drizzle the ganache over the fruit pizza, slice, and serve.
