Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
03 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
04 - 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced.
05 - 8 slices of bread (preferably brioche or challah).
06 - 4 large eggs.
07 - 1/2 cup milk.
08 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
09 - Butter or oil for frying.
10 - Maple syrup for serving.
11 - Additional fresh strawberries, diced.
12 - Powdered sugar for dusting, optional.

Instructions:
