Chicken Chili (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds chicken breast.
02 - 2 cans Rotel, undrained.
03 - 2 cans corn, undrained.
04 - 2 cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed.
05 - 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed.
06 - 1 large onion, chopped.
07 - 2 cups chicken broth.
08 - 2 tbsp chili powder.
09 - 1 tbsp cumin.
10 - 2 tsp salt.
11 - 1 tsp pepper.
12 - 2 packets ranch seasoning.
13 - 16 oz cream cheese (2 bricks).

Instructions:

01 - Add chicken breasts, Rotel, corn, pinto beans, black beans, onion, and chicken broth into crock pot. Mix in chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning.
02 - Place cream cheese bricks on top.
03 - Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
04 - Remove chicken, shred, and return to crock pot. Stir well.
05 - Mix until cream cheese is fully incorporated. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!.
