Biscoff Brownies (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup unsalted butter.
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 2 large eggs.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
06 - ½ cup cocoa powder.
07 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
08 - ½ teaspoon baking powder.
09 - ½ cup Biscoff spread.
10 - ½ cup Biscoff cookies, crushed.

Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar.
03 - Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
05 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
06 - Gently fold in Biscoff spread until evenly distributed. Stir in crushed Biscoff cookies.
07 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
08 - Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting into squares. Enjoy!.
