Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.

Spread the batter evenly into a prepared baking pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are just golden and the center is set. Let the bars cool on a wire rack.

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips and heavy cream in short bursts, stirring until smooth. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the cooled cookie bars.
