Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.

In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cooled crust and bake 35-40 minutes until center is set. Let cool completely.

In a saucepan, cook blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat until blueberries break down, about 10 minutes. Strain to remove skins, let cool. Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water; let stand 5 minutes. Stir gelatin into warm blueberry mixture until dissolved, then cool to room temperature. Fold whipped cream into the cooled mixture and spread over the cheesecake layer.
