Ingredients:

01 - 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast.
02 - ¾ cup warm milk.
03 - ¼ cup granulated sugar.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted).
06 - 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour.
07 - ½ tsp salt.
08 - Oil for frying.
09 - 1 cup vanilla pudding.
10 - 1 cup chocolate ganache.

Instructions:

01 - Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
02 - Mix in sugar, eggs, melted butter, and salt to the yeast mixture and combine well.
03 - Gradually add the flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
04 - Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
05 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
06 - Roll the dough out to ½-inch thickness and cut into circles. Let the donuts rise for another 30 minutes.
07 - Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry the donuts for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
08 - Using a piping bag, fill each donut with vanilla pudding.
09 - Dip the tops of the donuts in chocolate ganache and allow the ganache to set.

Notes:

01 - Ensure the yeast is properly activated by allowing it to froth before adding other ingredients.
02 - Allow the donuts to rise a second time to achieve a soft and fluffy texture.
