Chicken Casserole (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups water.
02 - 2 cups uncooked rice.
03 - 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup.
04 - 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup.
05 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded.
06 - 1/4 cup butter.
07 - 1 cup milk.
08 - 1 small white onion, chopped.
09 - 16 oz broccoli pieces.
10 - 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook rice as directed on the package.
02 - In a 9x13-inch pan, mix cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, melted butter, broccoli, chopped onion, and 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese.
03 - Bake for 30-35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
04 - In the last few minutes, sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top and allow it to melt.
05 - Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy hot with a side salad or breadsticks.
