Cajun Shrimp Alfredo (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb boneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced.
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
03 - 1 tsp paprika.
04 - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.
05 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
06 - 1/4 tsp black pepper.
07 - 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined.
08 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
09 - 1/2 tsp paprika.
10 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
11 - 1/4 tsp black pepper.
12 - 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup.
13 - 1 cup milk.
14 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
15 - 1/4 tsp dried oregano.
16 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
17 - 1/4 tsp black pepper.
18 - 1 lb penne pasta.

Instructions:

01 - Cook the penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Rub the mixture evenly over the steak and shrimp.
03 - Grill or sauté the seasoned steak until it reaches your preferred doneness. Set aside.
04 - In a skillet, sauté the seasoned shrimp until pink and fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
05 - In a large skillet, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
06 - Add the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Stir to coat the meat and shrimp with the creamy sauce.
07 - Add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture and toss everything together until well coated.
