Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon for the crust. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.

Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust.
