Caramel Apple Fudge (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - Sugar: 2 cups.
02 - Brown sugar: 1 cup.
03 - Unsalted butter: 3/4 cup.
04 - Evaporated milk: 2/3 cup.
05 - Apple cider: 1 cup.
06 - Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon.
07 - Nutmeg: 1/2 teaspoon.
08 - White chocolate chips: 2 cups.
09 - Marshmallow cream: 7 ounces.
10 - Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon.
11 - Dried apple slices: 1/2 cup, chopped.

Instructions:

01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Set aside.
02 - In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, evaporated milk, and apple cider. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches a soft ball stage (approximately 234°F or 112°C on a candy thermometer).
03 - Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, white chocolate chips, and marshmallow cream until smooth.
04 - Stir in vanilla extract and chopped dried apple slices.
05 - Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
06 - Let the fudge cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
07 - Once set, cut the fudge into small squares and enjoy the sweet and tangy flavors.

Notes:

01 - Make sure to reach the soft ball stage (234°F or 112°C) to ensure the fudge sets properly.
02 - Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
