Caramel Apple Fudge (Print Version)
Ingredients:

Instructions:

Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, evaporated milk, and apple cider. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches a soft ball stage (approximately 234°F or 112°C on a candy thermometer).

Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, white chocolate chips, and marshmallow cream until smooth.

Stir in vanilla extract and chopped dried apple slices.

Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

Let the fudge cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
