# Ingredients:

01 - 8 large egg roll wrappers.
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
06 - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional).
07 - 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar for coating.
08 - Oil for frying.
09 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
10 - 1/4 cup heavy cream.
11 - 2 tablespoons butter.
12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, sour cream until smooth.
02 - Fold in chocolate chips if using.
03 - Place wrapper like diamond.
04 - Add 2-3 tablespoons filling in center.
05 - Fold bottom corner over filling, fold in side corners, roll tightly, seal with water.
06 - Heat oil to 350°F.
07 - Fry in batches 2-3 minutes until golden.
08 - Drain on paper towels.
09 - Roll in cinnamon sugar while warm.
10 - For sauce: combine sugar, cream, butter in pan.
11 - Cook 3-5 minutes until thickened.
12 - Add vanilla to sauce.
