Cheesy Bacon Burger (Print Version)
Ingredients:
01 -
1 beef patty (approx. 1/3 lb).
02 -
2-3 strips crispy bacon.
03 -
1 slice cheddar cheese.
04 -
1 burger bun, toasted.
05 -
2 tbsp special sauce (spicy, creamy).
06 -
1 serving fries.
07 -
1/4 cup cheese sauce for drizzling.
Instructions:
01 -
Preheat the grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
02 -
Cook the beef patty until it reaches your desired doneness. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top and allow it to melt.
03 -
Lightly toast the burger bun halves until they are golden brown.
04 -
Fry the bacon strips until crispy and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.
05 -
Place the cheesy beef patty on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Layer the crispy bacon on top, drizzle with the special sauce, and place the top bun to complete the burger.
06 -
Cook fries until they are crispy and golden brown. Drizzle them with warmed cheese sauce.
Notes:
01 -
You can add additional toppings like lettuce, tomato, or pickles for extra flavor.
02 -
Adjust the level of spiciness in the special sauce according to your preference.
03 -
For even crispier fries, bake or air-fry instead of deep-frying.
