Cheesy Beefy Burritos (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef.
02 - 1/2 cup chopped onion.
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1 packet taco seasoning (1 oz).
05 - 1/2 cup water.
06 - 1 cup cooked rice.
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
08 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
09 - 4 large flour tortillas.
10 - 1 cup salsa.
11 - 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving).
12 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish).

Instructions:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until onion is soft.
02 - Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, until thickened.
03 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay tortillas flat and divide cooked rice and beef mixture evenly among them. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
04 - Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down in a baking dish. Pour salsa over the top and sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.
05 - Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 - Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with sour cream on the side.
