Cheesy Beefy Roll-Ups (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef.
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
04 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
05 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.
06 - 1 large egg.
07 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
08 - 1/2 tsp onion powder.
09 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano.
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.
11 - 1 cup marinara sauce.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
03 - Shape the beef mixture into small, flat rectangles, about 4 inches by 2 inches.
04 - Roll up each rectangle tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
05 - Pour marinara sauce evenly over the beef rolls.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked and the cheese is melted.
07 - Let cool slightly before serving.
