Ingredients:

6 cups Chex cereal (corn or rice).

1 cup light corn syrup.

1 cup granulated sugar.

1 cup creamy peanut butter.

1 cup butterscotch chips.

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Instructions:

Place 6 cups of Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup light corn syrup and 1 cup granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat.

Stir 1 cup creamy peanut butter into the hot syrup until smooth.

Pour the peanut butter mixture over the Chex cereal, folding gently to coat evenly.

Grease or line a 9x13-inch pan. Press the cereal mixture into the pan, smoothing the top.

Melt 1 cup butterscotch chips and 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring until smooth.

Spread the melted chocolate-butterscotch mixture over the cereal layer.
