Chicken Bacon Stromboli (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded.
02 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing.
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
07 - 1 pound pizza dough.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
12 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash).
13 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
03 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 12x16 inches in size.
04 - Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and black pepper over the filling.
05 - Carefully roll the dough from one long side to the other, pinching the edges to seal and creating a log shape. Transfer the rolled stromboli to the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Brush the top of the stromboli with the beaten egg. This will give it a golden, crispy finish.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
08 - Let the stromboli cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
