Brownie Bombs (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup softened butter.
02 - 3/4 cup brown sugar.
03 - 1/4 cup white sugar.
04 - 2 tablespoons milk.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - Pinch of salt.
08 - 2 cups miniature chocolate chips, divided.
09 - 1 package fudge brownie mix, baked and cooled.
10 - 1 package Candiquik or chocolate almond bark.

Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
02 - Mix in milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
03 - Gradually add flour and a pinch of salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
04 - Fold in 1 cup of miniature chocolate chips.
05 - Roll the cookie dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze for about 1 hour to firm up.
06 - Once the cookie dough balls are chilled, wrap each dough ball with a square of the baked brownie, completely covering the dough.
07 - Freeze the wrapped brownie bombs for another 30 minutes.
08 - Melt the Candiquik or chocolate almond bark according to package instructions.
09 - Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
10 - Place the dipped brownie bombs on parchment paper and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of miniature chocolate chips.
11 - Let the brownie bombs set in the fridge until the chocolate is firm.
