Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup melted butter.
02 - 1 cup brown sugar.
03 - 1 large egg.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted.
06 - ½ teaspoon baking powder.
07 - ½ teaspoon salt.
08 - ⅛ teaspoon baking soda.
09 - ¾ cup chocolate chips.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie plate or 9x9-inch pan.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
03 - Add vanilla extract, then mix in the egg until fully incorporated.
04 - Gradually sift in the flour and gently mix to avoid lumps. Add baking powder, salt, and baking soda, mixing until everything is well combined.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
06 - Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly on top of the batter.
07 - Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and slightly firm to the touch.
08 - Allow the pie to cool slightly before serving.
