Peanut Butter Swirl Bread (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour (Peanut Butter Portion).
02 - 1 (3.4 oz) package vanilla instant pudding mix.
03 - 1 ½ tsp baking powder.
04 - ½ tsp baking soda.
05 - ½ tsp salt.
06 - ½ cup sour cream (Peanut Butter Portion).
07 - ⅓ cup vegetable oil (Peanut Butter Portion).
08 - 2 large eggs (Peanut Butter Portion).
09 - 1 tsp vanilla extract (Peanut Butter Portion).
10 - 1 cup milk.
11 - ½ cup brown sugar.
12 - ½ cup creamy peanut butter.
13 - 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (Chocolate Portion).
14 - ⅔ cup granulated sugar.
15 - ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
16 - 1 tsp baking powder (Chocolate Portion).
17 - ½ tsp baking soda (Chocolate Portion).
18 - ¼ tsp salt (Chocolate Portion).
19 - 1 ½ cups sour cream (Chocolate Portion).
20 - ½ cup vegetable oil (Chocolate Portion).
21 - 2 large eggs (Chocolate Portion).
22 - 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract (Chocolate Portion).
23 - 1 ¼ cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided.

Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine the flour, pudding mix, baking powder, baking soda, and salt for the peanut butter portion.
02 - In another bowl, whisk together the sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.
03 - Mix the brown sugar and creamy peanut butter in a large bowl, then alternate adding the dry and wet ingredients until everything is incorporated.
04 - For the chocolate portion, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
05 - Whisk together the sour cream, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl, then mix into the dry ingredients. Fold in ¾ cup of the chocolate chips.
06 - Grease two 9”x5” loaf pans and preheat oven to 350°F.
07 - Layer half of the peanut butter batter, then half of the chocolate batter into each loaf pan. Use a knife to gently swirl the two batters together.
08 - Top with the remaining chocolate chips.
09 - Bake for 45 minutes, then tent with foil and continue baking for another 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
10 - Cool before serving.
