Peanut Butter Cupcakes (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.

14 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter (for frosting).
15 - 2 cups powdered sugar (for frosting).
16 - 2-3 tbsp milk (for frosting).
17 - 1 tsp vanilla extract (for frosting).

Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and ready your muffin pan with liners.
02 - Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
03 - In a different container, mix together the sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla before incorporating dry ingredients, switching with milk additions.
04 - Divide the batter into liners, filling each to about 2/3 capacity, and bake for 18-20 minutes; let them cool fully.
05 - Prepare the filling by blending the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk together and fill the center of each cupcake.
06 - Whip the butter and peanut butter until smooth; add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to complete the frosting. Pipe this mixture atop the cupcakes.
