Sugar Cookie Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk.
02 - 2½ cups white chocolate chips.
03 - 1¼ cup sugar cookie mix (heat-treated).
04 - 2 tablespoons butter.
05 - Christmas sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick spray.
02 - Heat sweetened condensed milk in large pot over medium heat, stirring often.
03 - Add white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, and butter. Stir until everything is melted and smooth.
04 - Remove from heat and mix in plenty of sprinkles.
05 - Pour into prepared baking dish and top with more sprinkles.
06 - Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight until firm.
07 - Cut into bite-size pieces.

# Notes:

01 - Heat-treat cookie mix first by microwaving in 30-second bursts until 165°F, or bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
02 - Keeps for 1 week at room temperature or 3 weeks in fridge.
