Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick spray.

Heat sweetened condensed milk in large pot over medium heat, stirring often.

Add white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, and butter. Stir until everything is melted and smooth.

Remove from heat and mix in plenty of sprinkles.

Pour into prepared baking dish and top with more sprinkles.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight until firm.

Cut into bite-size pieces.
