10 - 2 tbsp Ketchup (for sauce).

13 - 1 tsp White Sugar (for sauce).

Instructions:

05 - Heat a second skillet over medium-low heat. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, into the skillet.
06 - Add two slices of cheddar cheese, one cooked patty, and two slices of provolone cheese on top.
07 - Spread the prepared sauce on the unbuttered side of a second slice of bread, then place it sauce-side down on the sandwich.
08 - Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
09 - Repeat the process for the remaining sandwiches. Serve warm and enjoy!.
