Ingredients:

6 slices Rye Bread (for sandwich).

6 tbsp Butter (softened, for sandwich).

1 lb Ground Beef (for patties).

3/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper (for patties).

6 slices Cheddar Cheese (for sandwich).

6 slices Provolone Cheese (for sandwich).

3 tbsp Mayonnaise (for sauce).

2 tbsp Ketchup (for sauce).

Instructions:

Generously butter one side of each slice of rye bread and set aside.

In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Shape into three patties that match the shape of the bread.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes per side, then reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional 5 minutes until fully cooked.

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, bacon bits, relish, and sugar to create the sauce. Set aside.

Heat a second skillet over medium-low heat. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, into the skillet.

Add two slices of cheddar cheese, one cooked patty, and two slices of provolone cheese on top.

Spread the prepared sauce on the unbuttered side of a second slice of bread, then place it sauce-side down on the sandwich.

Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.

Repeat the process for the remaining sandwiches. Serve warm and enjoy!.
