Cookies & Cream Brownies (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 box red velvet cake mix (15.25 ounces).
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 2 large eggs.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1 cup white chocolate chips.
06 - 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10-12 cookies).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
03 - Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed Oreo cookies until they are evenly distributed in the batter.
04 - Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
05 - Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting them into squares. Serve and enjoy!.
