Crack Corn Dip (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups Corn Kernels (canned, fresh, or frozen).
02 - 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
03 - 1 cup Sour Cream.
04 - 1 (8 oz) Package Cream Cheese, softened.
05 - 1/2 cup Cooked Bacon, crumbled.
06 - 1/4 cup Diced Jalapeños.
07 - 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder.
08 - Salt and Pepper, to taste.
09 - Tortilla Chips (for serving).

Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
02 - Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot and creamy.
03 - Transfer the hot dip to a serving dish or serve directly from the slow cooker. Pair with tortilla chips or your favorite dippers for serving.
