Orange Fluff (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained.
02 - 1 cup mini marshmallows.
03 - 1 cup heavy cream.
04 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
05 - 1/2 cup orange juice.
06 - 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix.
07 - 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional).
08 - 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional).

Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
02 - In another bowl, combine sour cream, orange juice, and instant vanilla pudding mix. Mix until smooth and thickened.
03 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined.
04 - Fold in mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans (if using).
05 - Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld and the fluff to set.
