Ingredients:

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

4 cups chicken broth.

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup.

1 cup chopped carrots.

1 cup chopped celery.

1/2 onion, diced.

1 teaspoon garlic powder.

1 teaspoon onion powder.

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme.

1 cup frozen peas.

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into small pieces.
Instructions:

Place chicken breasts, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, carrots, celery, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper into the crockpot.

Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.

Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks and return it to the crockpot.

Stir in the frozen peas, then layer the biscuit dough pieces on top of the chicken mixture.

Cover and cook on high for an additional 1-2 hours, until the biscuits are fully cooked and fluffy.
