Creamy Shrimp And Crab Spinach (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - ½ pound shrimp, peeled and deveined.
02 - ½ pound crab meat.
03 - 2 tbsp butter.
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced.
05 - 1 small onion, finely diced.
06 - 2 cups fresh spinach.
07 - 1 cup heavy cream.
08 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
09 - ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional).
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.
11 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
12 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a pan, season shrimp with salt and pepper, and sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink. Remove and set aside.
02 - In the same pan, melt butter and add garlic and onion. Cook until soft and aromatic, about 2-3 minutes.
03 - Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
04 - Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
05 - Gently fold in crab meat and cooked shrimp, stirring until well combined.
06 - Season with nutmeg (optional), salt, and pepper to taste.
07 - Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately over rice, pasta, or on its own as a side dish.
