Crispy Cheesy Bacon Rolls (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb bacon.
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1/4 cup chopped chives.
05 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
06 - 1/2 tsp onion powder.
07 - 1/4 tsp black pepper.

Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chopped chives, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
02 - Lay bacon strips on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of the cheese mixture on each strip.
03 - Carefully roll up each bacon strip with the cheese mixture inside. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
04 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place bacon rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
05 - Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 - Remove toothpicks if used. Serve warm and enjoy.
