Cherry Cheesecake Egg Rolls (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - Egg roll wrappers: Quantity as needed.
02 - Cream cheese: 8 oz, softened.
03 - Powdered sugar: 1/4 cup.
04 - Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon.
05 - Cherry pie filling: 1 cup.
06 - Cooking spray: For coating.

Instructions:

01 - Mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
02 - Lay out the egg roll wrappers on a clean surface.
03 - Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each wrapper.
04 - Add a dollop of cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese.
05 - Fold the sides of the wrapper toward the center and roll up from the bottom to create a tight roll.
06 - Seal the edges with a bit of water.
07 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
08 - Lightly coat the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
09 - Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
10 - Allow the egg rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving.
11 - Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce for an extra touch of sweetness.
