Crispy Fish Fingers (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or haddock), cut into strips.
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 1 tsp paprika.
04 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder.

08 - 2 large eggs, beaten.
09 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs.
10 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
11 - Vegetable oil, for frying.

Instructions:

01 - Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls. Place flour mixed with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in the first bowl. Beat eggs in the second bowl. Combine panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in the third bowl.
02 - Dredge each fish strip in the flour mixture, coating evenly. Dip in the beaten eggs, then coat with the panko mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
04 - Add breaded fish fingers to the skillet in batches, avoiding overcrowding. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
05 - Transfer cooked fish fingers to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
