Ingredients:

08 - Fettuccine or any preferred pasta: 12 oz.
09 - Butter: 2 tablespoons.
10 - Garlic: 2 cloves, minced.
11 - Heavy cream: 1 cup.
12 - Parmesan cheese, grated: 1 cup.
13 - Chicken broth: 1/2 cup.
14 - Salt and pepper: to taste.
15 - Extra garlic butter: optional, for drizzling.

Instructions:

01 - Start by boiling a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta until it's just tender, then drain and set aside.
02 - In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and toss in the chicken pieces.
03 - Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through, then set aside.

07 - Gradually add the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a soft simmer.
08 - Whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens and smoothens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

10 - Plate the pasta and top with the garlic butter chicken bites.
