Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs.

09 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (for drizzling).
10 - 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (for garnish).

Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
02 - In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
03 - In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
