Glazed Sweet Potatoes (Print Version)
Ingredients:

4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces.

2 tablespoons butter.

3 tablespoons honey.

1 tablespoon olive oil.

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

1/4 teaspoon salt.

1/4 teaspoon pepper.

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional).
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into 1-inch pieces.

Place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and golden brown.

While potatoes are roasting, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes, until smooth and well combined.

Once the potatoes are done, transfer them to a bowl and pour the glaze over them. Toss until evenly coated.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired, and enjoy!.
