Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1 cup brown sugar, packed.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 2 tsp vanilla extract.
06 - 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour.
07 - ½ cup cocoa powder.
08 - 1 tsp baking soda.
09 - ½ tsp salt.
10 - 1 cup dark chocolate chips.
11 - 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved.

Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a sizeable bowl, whisk together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until they are fluffy.
