Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
03 - ½ cup packed brown sugar.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
06 - 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 1 tsp baking soda.
08 - ½ tsp salt.
09 - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips.
10 - ½ cup butterscotch chips.

Instructions:

01 - In a big dish, whip the butter with both kinds of sugar until fluffy and light.
02 - Add eggs and vanilla extract, blending until mixture is smooth.
03 - In another bowl, mix the flour thoroughly with baking soda and salt.
04 - Slowly add the dry mix into the wet ingredients, stirring until just blended.
05 - Gently stir in the chocolate and butterscotch chips into the dough.
06 - Cover the dough and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
07 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place spoonfuls of dough on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
08 - Let cookies rest briefly before transferring them to a wire rack for complete cooling.
