Rice Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1-1/2 cups cooked rice.
02 - 1/4 cup raisins.
03 - 2 large eggs.
04 - 1-1/2 cups whole milk.
05 - 1/2 cup sugar.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
07 - Extra milk for serving (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F.
02 - Grease a 1-quart casserole dish.
03 - Put rice and raisins in the greased dish.
04 - In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar and nutmeg.
05 - Pour the mixture over rice and raisins.
06 - Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes.
07 - Check if done by inserting a knife in center.
08 - Let cool before serving.
09 - Pour extra milk over each serving if desired.
10 - Store leftovers in fridge.
