Halloween Brownies (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.

1 cup granulated sugar.

2 large eggs.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.

1/2 cup all-purpose flour.

1/4 teaspoon baking powder.

1/4 teaspoon salt.

4 oz cream cheese, softened.

1/4 cup granulated sugar.

1 large egg yolk.

Few drops of orange food coloring.
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.

In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and a few drops of orange food coloring until smooth.

Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture onto the brownie batter and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool before cutting into squares.
