Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes.
02 - 12 slices bacon, cut in half.
03 - 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks.
04 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces.
05 - 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces.
06 - 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce.
07 - 2 tbsp olive oil.
08 - 1 tbsp honey.
09 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
02 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken, bacon, pineapple chunks, and bell pepper pieces onto skewers, alternating as you go.
03 - Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
04 - Serve hot off the grill with extra teriyaki sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
