Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (plus extra for dusting).

3/4 cup pizza sauce.

1/2 cup quartered pepperoni (or diced ham).

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

Add olive oil, flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a sticky dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth, adding up to 1/2 cup extra flour if needed.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and let rise for about 30 minutes or until doubled in size.

Preheat your oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll each portion into a circle about the size of your hand.

Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce onto each dough circle. Add pepperoni, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese as desired.
