In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.

For the filling, mix the softened cream cheese with the strawberry jam until smooth.

Form dough balls of about 1 tablespoon each and place them on the prepared baking tray. Make an indentation in the center of each ball and fill it with the strawberry-cream cheese mixture.
