Jalapeno Popper Rolls (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 packages crescent rolls (8 per can).
02 - 8 jalapenos.
03 - 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1/2 cup sharp shredded cheese.
05 - 1/3 cup cooked bacon, crumbled.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Clean the jalapenos by removing the ribs and seeds, then set aside.
03 - In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
04 - Lay crescent roll dough triangles on a flat surface. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture and place it on the widest part of the crescent dough.
05 - Roll the crescent from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filled jalapeno.
06 - Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
07 - Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve with your favorite dip.
