# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
03 - Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
04 - Cream the butter and sugar together in a separate bowl until fluffy.
05 - Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract and lime zest.
06 - Alternate adding the dry ingredients with the milk and lime juice to the butter mixture.
