Chicken Parmesan Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 Frozen Breaded Chicken Patties (for sandwich).
02 - 2 tbsp Garlic Butter (for bread).
03 - 4 slices Italian Bread (for sandwich).
04 - 1 cup Marinara Sauce (for sandwich and dipping).
05 - 1/2 tsp Dried Basil (for marinara sauce).
06 - 1 pinch Garlic Salt (for marinara sauce).
07 - 6 slices Provolone Cheese (for sandwich).
08 - 2 tbsp Shredded Parmesan Cheese (for garnish).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake chicken patties for 20 minutes until crispy. Cut each patty in half lengthwise.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, mix marinara sauce, basil, and garlic salt. Heat for 30-60 seconds until warm.
03 - Spread garlic butter on one side of each slice of Italian bread.
04 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet.
05 - Top with 2 slices of provolone cheese, 1 tbsp marinara sauce, 2 chicken patty halves, 2 tbsp marinara sauce, 1 more slice of provolone cheese, and another slice of bread butter-side up.
06 - Cook the sandwich over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
07 - Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to make the second sandwich.
08 - Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over extra marinara sauce and serve alongside the sandwiches for dipping.
