Lemon Cheesecake Rolls (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls).
02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1/2 tsp lemon zest.
05 - 1 tbsp lemon juice.
06 - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
07 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
08 - 1/2 tsp milk (for glaze).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface. Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up tightly from the wide end to the tip.
04 - Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
05 - While the rolls are baking, mix powdered sugar with milk to create a smooth glaze.
06 - Once the crescent rolls are out of the oven and slightly cooled, drizzle with the glaze.
07 - Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
