Loaded Meat Lover’s (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
02 - 1 pound pork sausage, crumbled.
03 - 1 cup chopped pepperoni.
04 - ¼ cup all-purpose flour.
05 - 4 tsp Italian seasoning, divided.
06 - 1 (26-ounce) jar tomato basil pasta sauce.
07 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
08 - 1 (13.8-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough.
09 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
10 - 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and crumbled sausage until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
03 - Stir in the chopped pepperoni, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, and flour. Mix until everything is well combined and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
04 - Pour the tomato basil pasta sauce into the meat mixture. Stir and let it simmer for a few minutes before removing from heat.
05 - Pour half of the meat and sauce mixture into the greased baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat.
06 - Unroll the pizza crust dough and cut into strips or pieces. Layer the dough over the cheese and meat mixture.
07 - Pour the remaining meat and sauce mixture over the dough. Top with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and the remaining 2 tsp of Italian seasoning.
08 - Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
09 - Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
